Please send all parts/pieces/segments of product. Send rods in their rod tube so they are protected.
*If your original purchase was a kit or combo, you only need to send the product that needs to be repaired (i.e. if the rod is broken, just send the full rod, you don’t need to send in the reel that it came with).

Your warranty claim will not be processed until we receive your payment and your product.

*WETFLY reserves the right whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models or parts with current models or parts when necessary. Please don’t forget to provide your order number to the outside of the package, it could be lost otherwise.

  • If you feel you have received a damaged product please contact us as soon as possible, and at least within 30 days of purchase. See our return policy here

  • No Questions Asked. Send it in!

  • WETFLY does not inventory replacement parts or segments for resale with exception of tenkara tips (common tip breaks due to their extremely delicate nature) It would require us to pass significant cost onto these segments to our customers if we were to inventory, warehouse and process individual components. We have sold thousands of rods over the years. We have processed limited warranty claims and to hold inventory doesn't justify the expense. Our preference is to provide you with great pricing on your initial purchase and provide a "no hassle warranty" option to get you back on the water.

  • Our Warranty policy was developed for customers who purchase our products at full MSRP. Often, our Retail partners are able to offer amazing deals on WETFLY products, passing on the saving to you for your initial purchase. Our fly rod MSRPs are typically much lower than our competitors at full MSRP, in some case over 50% lower for comparable craftsmanship and components. So when you purchase a WETFLY rod below the MSRP, you really are getting a GREAT DEAL! Most warranties are void if purchased at a discount store. Because we have a "No Hassle Warranty Policy" we offer it to everyone.

  • We want to send you back on the water with a completely repaired, ready to fish product. By being able to inspect the entire product we can be 100% certain that you are getting the correct parts and pieces and that everything is working as it should before we send it back to you.

  • Yes, you can send in multiple products all at once to save on shipping, but you will need to purchase a warranty claim for each product. After you add the first one to your cart repeat the process for each item.
